How do deposits work?

• You transfer the deposit amount to our bank account before the rent.
• If you damage the room, we use the money as security.
• If you didn't damage the room or fixed the damage, we will transfer the full deposit back to your banking account.

Please note: If your damage is greater than the deposit amount, you will still have to pay for the full damage. The deposit helps us to make sure that you are able to pay for possible damage.

After all, it is very unlikely that you or one of your guests create damage.
