Most parcel carriers do not deliver to your room, but only to the doorbell.

If you are unable to accept your parcel, it will either be redirected to a locker or store for collection or left in the hallway. Unfortunately, there have been many cases in the past where parcels have been stolen from the hallway.
We therefore recommend that you set up permanent parcel forwarding with DHL.

For DHL/Post parcels:

DHL Packstation 106

DHL post office 622 (in the Rüschhaus kiosk)

You need a DHL account and the DHL app for permanent parcel forwarding, as well as a PIN, which you will receive by letter after registration.

For Amazon parcels
Amazon Locker Yared
Sometimes Amazon sends via DHL, in which case you can use parcel forwarding or send the parcel directly to the parcel locker at the delivery address.

For Hermes and GLS
For Hermes and GLS parcel collection you have to travel further. (often Marktkauf Gievenbeck). The parcels cannot be delivered to the parcel lockers.
