How can I verify for the WhatsApp group?

Due to recent safety concerns, we are now requiring a verification from people who want to join the main dormitory WhatsApp group. (The event newsletter and second hand market groups are not effected.)

Verify

1. Scan the QR Code at the entry door

2. Request to join the group

3. An admin will contact you on WhatsApp.

4. Please send the admin a proof of residence for this dormitory for example:

A photo of the device you use to open the building door. (key fob / door transponder), with your room sign in the background of the photo or

Please send the photo as view-once image.

5. An admin approves your join request. You get access to the WhatsApp group.
