Most parcel carriers do not deliver to your room, but only to the doorbell.
If you are unable to accept your parcel, it will either be redirected to a locker or store for collection or left in the hallway. Unfortunately, there have been many cases in the past where parcels have been stolen from the hallway.
We therefore recommend that you always send to a parcel locker.
You can also set up permanent parcel forwarding to a parcel locker for DHL.

It is typically available 24/7, allowing recipients to pick up their parcels at any time that suits them. You need a DHL account and the DHL app for permanent parcel forwarding, as well as a PIN, which you will receive by letter after registration.

For these two, you have to travel further. The parcels cannot be delivered to any parcel lockers.
