  • The first door inside the basement floor is the entrance to the bar

How to get into House A if I live in House B? You can go from House B to House A, because they are connected (except on the first floor).

Is there a doorbell through which I can open the entrance door when my guests arrive?

Yes, but we currently don't know the room number you need to ring. You can also keep the entrance door open using a door wedge (stored somewhere in the bar)

Yes, we have unisex toilets. All toilets are equipped with disinfectant, menstruation products and trash bins near the sink.

Wheelchair accessible?

No. Staircase without lift access.

Toilets included?

Yes.

Refrigerator included?

Yes, one big refrigerator is included.

Capacity and size of the room?

max. 50 persons

Party lights included?

Yes. Professional RGB LED Strips with hardware remote are attached to the ceiling. The hardware remote supports static colors and sound to light effects.

Some effects are only available using an app. App control of the lights is not allowed, because the lights are paired to one app user.

Sound box included?

No, due to insurance reasons.

Table football included?

Yes

Pool Table included?

No. Pool tables are ridiculous expensive and difficult to repair. The green textile material on which the balls roll has a material value of €500

Thus, playing pool is only available at our public events and not at private bookings. The pool table will be covered with a hard piece of wood.

• You may put food onto the cover.
• You may not put liquids onto the cover.
• You may move the pool table to the edge of the room to have more space.

Cups or glasses included?

We have a few reusable Glasses and Cups. Feel free to use them, but if you do, you need to clean them after use. The bar includes two big sinks with glass brushes.

We can't be sure that the person that rented the bar before you cleaned the cups enough, so we recommend cleaning the cups you want to use beforehand. Please use your own dishcloth and drying cloth! Please don't use our one-way plastic cups.

Do I need to clean after my rent?

• The floor must be mopped
• All cups that have been used must be rinsed
• The garbage in the bathroom and in the bar must be taken out
• The surfaces at the bar and on the tables must be wiped down.
• Please take your drinks/snacks and empties back with you
• The WC must be clean

We provide you with the following items. They are stored under the bar table or in the WC.

• mob for cleaning the floor
• mob bucket
• water bucket
• Hand soap
• Dishwashing soap
• Toilet paper
• If available: Menstruation products
• If available: Bathroom cleaning fluids

Please bring your own dishcloth and drying cloth for the cups.

Drinks or snacks included?

No, our drinks and snacks can't be used or bought. The Rewe and Getränkemarkt are close to the bar.

Tables and stools included?

It depends, feel free to ask for them. You will always have two sofas and a couch table included.

WiFi included?

Yes, the router is located near the light switches. The password is written on the back.

Ventilation included?

Yes, but it might be broken. The ventilation systems will need to be scheduled by the facility manger. Therefore, please write him via heekweg@stw-muenster.de with your date, time, and duration.

Noise

After 10 p.m.:
Turn down the music while ventilating with the windows.
